How to Earn an Exclusive uGOTCHI LP Baadge for your Aavegotchis!
NFT badges of honor will be bestowed on those LPing on Unicly pre-UNIC farming.
The original UNIC farming date was pushed back since the Aastronaut’s Collection first launched, which has left some of our community’s most dedicated with some anxiety as we await the new launch date for UNIC farming. The Unicly team has publicly communicated that a hard date is expected soon and they have also been delivering big progress on other fronts (Unicly just announced they will be joining us on Polygon!) so there’s no need to doubt. Yet, this prolonged stretch seems like an appropriate situation for a baadge well earned!
How to get your Gotchi a Baadge
Each Aavegotchi held in participating unique LP addresses will receive a uGOTCHI LP Baadge.
There will be a random on-chain snapshot of all uGOTCHI/ETH liquidity providers sometime between now and next Monday, May 17th. The exclusive and non-transferable badge will be distributed based on the participation seen on that snapshot. This marks only the third such Baadge to be minted.
There is no minimum amount, specific durations or other friction inducing formulas. We simply want to reward all those who are providing liquidity to our #1 ranked pool.
A Collection for the Record Books
“The Aastronauts” are the first crew of five Aavegotchis to make the perilous journey bridging from their original chain on Polygon to Ethereum mainnet. The historic gotchis arrived with a purpose: to also be the the first ever sharded Aavegotchi NFTs.
Led by Captain Terence Mckenna, the five gotchis prepared for the trip by beefing up with many of the most powerful wearables on the market and equipping them so that they could continue to successfully compete in rarity farming, even while on Ethereum. The planning was effective, with Terence recently placing in the Top 5 of all Aavegotchis in existence during the first round of rarity farming. Rare badges and over 5,000 GHST tokens were deposited directly into Terence’s “pocket” (Aavegotchis leverage ERC998 to effectively perform as NFT wallets). The rest of the Aastronauts performed very well as well.
Their successful farming looks to continue, even as competition ramps up! The layered narrative and continually farming nature of these gotchis means the collection is put to work for uGOTCHI holders.

Getting Familiar with Unicly
Anyone who has used DEXs like Uniswap before will recognize Unicly’s easy-to-use interface. Clicking the “trade” action leads to the familiar swap interface with uGOTCIH and ETH paired. No other pairs exist at this time.
All collections with green check marks are confirmed for the upcoming liquidity farming of the platform’s UNIC governance token. NFT projects and individual artists alike have been fractionalizing select pieces and voting during weekly AMAs to select which collections to confirm for liquidity farming.
